We organize your conference

Our experience with conferences makes it possible for us too give you a complete offer of a conferens that will suit your demands. Call or E-mail us and you will have a proposal within 24 hours. The proposal will include a mealplan, activity proposal and a proposal on were you can have the conference.

Conference at Sportfiskeforum

In one of the room at Sportfiskeforum do we have the opportunity to have meetings and so on for conferences. It is also possible to have lectures, curses and other gatherings at sportfiskeforum. It is also possible to have the conference in our lapp cot right outside sportfiskeforum or some were else.

It is possible to combine a conference with a tour of the museum and/or an activity of any kind like a team building exercise.

We can also put together a proposal for a conference for one day or a few days.

Make an adventure out of your conference

Äventyrarna and Älvkarleby turist and conference hotel offer a conference with a conference hall, meals, sleeping arrangements and an adventure or team building exercise.

Hotel in single or double rooms with a breakfast buffet
Mid morning coffee and sandwiches on the day of arrival, the rest of the days we will offer a snack and juice.
Lunch appetizer and main course with beer/water, salad, butter and bread. Coffee and cookie.
Afternoon coffee with a snack and juice.
Dinner include a main course and dessert. Salad, butter and bread. Coffee and cookie.
The conference hall during the day will be accommodated after the groups size.
Adventures or team building activities. Chose between: team building course, resource orienteering, team exercises (7), wilderness bath.

Team conference

Äventyrarna offer together with Ottasjöakademin and Älvkarleby Turist and Konferenshotell two conference adventures with focus on team bulding during two days. We call them The dinner adventure and The sauna building both offers are located in Älvkarleby.

Ottasjöakademin with Lars Karlsson has a long experience of teamwork development, and Äventyrarna has a long experience of physical exercises for team building for both small and large groups. You will stay at Älvkarleby Turisthotel and they have a conference hall and food of high quality.

The purpose of the seminar are to better the group dynamic and teamwork within the group, but also give tips on how to keep working with this when you go back home.

At the dinner adventure are the groups goal that some time during the day build a room of any kind were they can have their dinner that night. At the sauna building it is the groups job to build a sauna.

Conference in the wild in Färnebofärdens national park

Conference in the wild at Färnebofjäderns national park are an offer for two days with teamwork exercises and conference.

The offer include paddling in the national park, one night in a military tent and one night at Gysinge Wärdshus, a hike with team building exercises and conference both in the wild and at Gysinge Wärdshus and the same goes with your meals.
